Gaius Suetonius Tranquillus, Claudius  11  (ca. A.D. 98-117): Tiberio marmoreum arcum iuxta Pompei theatrum, decretum quidem olim a senatu verum omissum, peregit. He completed the marble arch to Tiberius near Pompeius' theater, which had been voted some time before by the senate, but left unfinished. (J. C. Rolfe, trans.)
